I am in opiate recovery, do I need to avoid Imodium?

I read somewhere that Imdodium (the diarrhea medication) was a kind of opiate type of drug. Is this true. If I am in opiate recovery do I need to avoid Imodium?
Imodium does not act on the central nervous system, therefore there is no risk for addiction.
