St. Clair County Mental Health Centers — Community Mental Health

The Comprehensive Behavioral Health Center of Saint Clair County provides withdrawal management, residential, intensive outpatient and outpatient care for substance use disorders in East Saint Louis, Illinois. The non-profit center serves adults and young adults, including veterans and people with co-occurring mental health conditions, and offers methadone and buprenorphine for opioid use disorder alongside cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. Medicaid and Medicare are accepted.
