Rosecrance Griffin Williamson Campus is a 80-bed treatment center for adolescents aged 12-18. Located on 50 scenic acres, it includes an on-site school, a chapel, a gymnasium and fitness center and an outdoor dining patio.

Rosecrance Harrison Campus in Rockford is a modern treatment facility offering both inpatient and outpatient rehab programs for adults 18 years of age and older and their families. Situated on 10 acres of park-like grounds, the center includes open living and recreational space, outdoor dining, a chapel, a gym and a serenity walking path.

Rosecrance Ware Center in Rockford is an outpatient rehab where evidence-based IOP services are provided by board-certified psychiatrists, counselors and social workers. The facility accepts clients on opioid medication. An on-site pharmacy is available.

Rosecrance Greendale House in Rockford is a transitional living home and long-term recovery program for adults and mothers with their children, located in a 10-unit apartment complex. Greendale House is located near the Rosecrance Harrison Campus, which gives residents easy access to services offered through the adult treatment program there. The facility accepts clients on opioid medication.

The Rosecrance Mulberry Center combines two current, closely linked programs – Triage and Short-term Crisis Residential – under one roof. These programs are designed to provide an immediate response to individuals experiencing a psychiatric crisis.
