Gale Recovery in Frederick offers affordable 4 to 6 month residential sober living for men and women. Clients are involved in 12 steps, vocational training and individual and group therapy. The facility accepts clients on opioid medication.

A certified co-ed long term sober living house. Funded by the state, all residents will work and pay only what they can afford. All admitted will have completed a 28 day primary drug treatment program. In Leonardtown.

Long duration therapeutic communities for adult women and men, and women with children under the age of ten. Dual diagnosis patients are welcome. In Crownsville and Upper Marlboro.

A Salisbury MD Halfway house for men only. 6 beds. All men must work and pay room and board as they are able to. Therapy and 12 steps support offered.

A 12-18 month sober living home for adult women. Women are expected to get a job, or go to school, and pay for treatment as they are able. All must follow the rules of the house, and participate fully in offered therapy and training.

A 9 bed halfway house for men, in Baltimore. 4-6 month program.

Baltimore halfway houses for adult men and women, separately. Medicaid, private health insurance and self pay are welcomed, and detox is available.
