Located on Long Island’s East End, Wainscott Residential Services serve young men ages 18-30 who are struggling with drug or alcohol addiction. Phoenix House's nationally-recognized model features evidence-based treatment services, compassionate staff, and a nurturing environment. The facility accepts clients on opioid medication.

Camelot of Staten Island runs a male intensive residential program for substance use disorder in Staten Island, New York, operated by the non-profit Camelot Counseling. Care covers adults and young adults, including veterans and people with co-occurring mental health conditions, and includes cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and trauma-focused counseling. Buprenorphine is available for opioid use disorder.

NAICA DeKalb Transitional Housing Program has a capacity to house a maximum of 100 general population homeless men referred by Department of Homeless services (DHS). The facility provides case management on an individual basis and offers group sessions in various subject matters.
