Gateway Rehab operates a women's halfway house program at its Washington, Pennsylvania location on Weirich Avenue, formerly Greenbriar Treatment Center's Lighthouse for Women. The program provides structured transitional residential care within Gateway Rehab's regional addiction treatment network.

Trehab offers a wide range of outpatient services to men and women in Susquehanna County. Their program includes help for women with children and expectant mothers in particular.
