Great Lakes Recovery Centers' Adolescent Services Center is a residential substance use treatment facility for youth in Negaunee, Michigan. The CARF-accredited nonprofit provides on-site schooling and trauma-informed therapy, with admissions handled through GLRC's Access Center.

Centerstone of Illinois in Marion is an office-based outpatient service for children and adults experiencing mental health and substance abuse diagnoses. The facility accepts clients on opioid medication. Payment assitance is available.

Youth Service Bureau of the YMCA in South SF is a community mental health center in San Mateo.

Centerstone of Illinois in West Frankfort is an outpatient rehab, providing a mix of addiction and mental health services for adults and teenager. This provider does treat opioid addiction.

Buprenorphine is available for opioid use disorder, and Medicaid and Medicare are accepted.
