Gateway Community Services is a non-profit substance use treatment provider in Jacksonville, Florida, offering medically monitored withdrawal management alongside residential, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Programs serve adults and young adults, including people with co-occurring mental health conditions, and use cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and trauma-focused counseling. Buprenorphine is available for opioid use disorder, and Medicaid and Medicare are accepted.
