Prayer Mountain Academy is a faith-based program located south of Atlanta, Georgia helping boys aged 13-17. Therapy on this spacious, rural campus focuses on boys' anger, defiance and substance abuse.

Clearview Horizon is a therapeutic boarding school for girls aged 13-21 located near Sandpoint, Idaho.

Midlands Boys Ranch in Nebraska is an affordable, ranch-based Christian boarding school for troubled boys between the ages of 13-18.

Rosecrance Griffin Williamson Campus is a 80-bed treatment center for adolescents aged 12-18. Located on 50 scenic acres, it includes an on-site school, a chapel, a gymnasium and fitness center and an outdoor dining patio.

Mingus Mountain Youth Treatment Center is a nonprofit residential program in Dewey, Arizona, serving adolescent girls. Treatment addresses substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions with trauma-related counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and relapse prevention. Private and military insurance are accepted.

Great Lakes Recovery Centers' Adolescent Services Center is a residential substance use treatment facility for youth in Negaunee, Michigan. The CARF-accredited nonprofit provides on-site schooling and trauma-informed therapy, with admissions handled through GLRC's Access Center.
