Crossroads East Center is a nonprofit Crossroads, Inc. campus on Ocotillo Road in Phoenix, Arizona. Crossroads' residential campuses run the organization's 45-day program of counseling, psychoeducational groups, and 12-step and SMART Recovery meetings; this campus also hosts on-site recovery meetings. Aetna, AHCCCS (Medicaid), Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and Humana are among accepted payers.

Casa Cecilia is a six-bed residential recovery home for women operated by the Riverside County Latino Commission in the Coachella Valley. Its 60-day inpatient program includes individual and group counseling, relapse prevention and aftercare, funded through Riverside County Medi-Cal.

Gateway Rehab's Ohioville campus in Beaver County, Pennsylvania provides inpatient and extended-care residential treatment for drug and alcohol addiction. Gateway Rehab is a regional addiction treatment network offering withdrawal management, outpatient care, and medication-assisted recovery across the Pittsburgh area.

Salvation Army in Anchorage is a treatment facility and long-term rehab for men and women. The facility accepts clients on opioid medication. Payment assistance may be available here to fund your treatment.

A sober living facility with a 34 men capacity in Palm Beach Gardens. A non profit, men must abide by the rules of the house, get a job, and pay a weekly fee of $200.
