Zinnia Health Exeter provides residential substance use treatment in Exeter, Rhode Island. The site previously operated as the Phoenix House Exeter Center. The program serves adults and young adults, including veterans, and offers opioid treatment with methadone and buprenorphine alongside cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and trauma-focused counseling.
