More about Oxford House - Terrace
A model of peer run recovery houses; men and women and women with children may apply to live in a completely sober Oxford house. Normally serves as a transitional home after a detox or a 28 day program.
As a non-profit organization, residents are only expected to contribute to their fair share of the running of the house expenses, and since there are generally between 8-15 people per home, these monthly payments are low enough to be affordable to anyone who can work while in recovery. Residents must only abide by the rules of the home, but if they ever use drugs or alcohol while a resident they are immediately expelled from the house. Residents may stay as long as they need to, although most stay about 1 year.

Don't bring anything of value into this house. There is a thief in the house as 1 addict will pack up your property AND help themselves to anything they like !! Sad thing is...the House & FORA will do NOTHING to help you reclaim your valuables ! So much for sober living and being honest about changing your hood-rat ways.

Scam. They pick and choose who they, personally, want in and take rent money from those they dont, by playing the system in place
