Charleston Recovery Center

I first came to CRC in 2021, after several years of beating my life into the ground with IV drugs. The staff here accepted me for who I was and offered me the tools to get better. Not once did they ever do anything to hurt me. They made me feel understood, and like I belonged. I felt like I finally had a chance to be heard here. This place without a doubt saved my life, and they gave me a chance to teach others the same thing. I will always be grateful to this facility and the countless people it helps on a daily basis.

It has been my greatest joy to watch so many recover from their addiction. Watching them give back to each other and to others, asking nothing in return is simply amazing. The staff is constantly working, praying , guiding and hoping for the complete recovery of the residents and their families. So gratifying, sometimes heartbreaking, but always caring, they give until there is nothing left and then they give some more.
