Evergreen Health Services (EHS)

This business discriminates against transgender people. They start to mismanage your care. Then when you have complaints. They start pushing up on you with, threaten you with taking away your services with a behavior contract. Then more threats and poor treatment. Until they can falsely your medical documents to show in there favor. Then they ban you for life. Since they are so compassionate to the transgender community who is already marginalized. Don’t call and try and work things out since the CCO is tone death to his employees poor treatment of others. These people don’t manage medications or have the skill to help people transition. They had my medications four times higher then the correct levels require. Some how there doctors are immune from having disciplinary actions taken against him. Thanks to this incompetent healthcare facility and the NYS Department of Health. Who send this place grant money.
