It's a Halfway House and has good care. They teach recovery. Strong NA and AA traditions.
Not a good idea to go to this place for recovery. A great place to sleep and watch movies all day.
As parents struggling to understand and help our son through addiction, Hendricks House provided the lifeline we so desperately needed. The family-oriented approach and counseling sessions, helped us navigate this difficult journey together. The progress we've seen in our son is remarkable, and we're confident in his future thanks to the care provided by Hendricks. We can't recommend them enough to fellow parents in a similar situation.
Not a sober house. Not even a halfway house. They only have donated expired food. Only they can find you work which takes at least a month while you collect a 15 dollar a day fee. They even charge you 3.50 to do your own laundry. Staff is rude and far from in recovery. They manipulate, lie, and will say they are something they are not to get you in the door$$. Then when you get there and you realized it's not what they told you they throw it in your face and say you called us... blah blah. The place is dirty... they say be humble. Food is scarce and expired... they say be grateful. No work... they say be patient. Also there is no recovery here at all besides an hni meeting once a week. The counselors are the only decent people there. I would not send my enemy there.
