Our luxury rehab facility reserved for adults 26 and older is located on a private 8-acre plateau with panoramic vistas of the rolling hills outside Austin, TX, an idyllic setting to meet the challenges that lie ahead. The program assesses and meets the unique physical, mental, emotional, family, and spiritual needs of each client. We customize treatment plans for those suffering from alcoholism, meth, cocaine, opiate addictions and benzodiazepine dependence. Private medical detox is also available.

Promises Austin delivers clinically sophisticated residential addiction treatment programs that are uniquely adapted for each individual. Our drug and alcohol rehabilitation programs have three primary components: a comprehensive assessment, a personalized treatment plan, and one year of recovery coaching after completing the program.

35-Day Program

Build a strong foundation for recovery in our 35-day program, which includes two weekly individual counseling sessions, approximately 10 hours per week of small group sessions, and consultations with a psychiatrist, psychologist, nutritionist, spiritual adviser and personal trainer.

60-Day Program

As with other chronic illnesses, studies show that the best results come from extended periods of addiction treatment. Invest in your long-term recovery with our 60-day program and address the underlying reasons for drug and alcohol abuse while building a firm foothold in 12-Step recovery.
